By using the Elsondos Perfumes website (elsondosperfumes.com) or placing an order through it, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before ordering.
1. Who we are
Elsondos Perfumes is an Egyptian retailer of original fragrances and the exclusive distributor of Rasasi, Swiss Arabian and Azha in Egypt. We have two branches: Cairo (23/2 Doltian Street, Al-Khalfawi) and Tanta (Al-Stad Street, next to City Club). Tax registration number: 229-793-436.
2. Products and prices
- All products are 100% original and sourced from the official distributor.
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT. Shipping is not included and is shown at checkout.
- Prices and offers can change at any time. The price that applies is the one displayed when you confirm your order.
- Product photos are for illustration. Minor differences in colour or packaging can occur between production batches.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and will inform you before shipping.
3. Orders and confirmation
- An order is confirmed once our team contacts you, or once we receive the transfer screenshot for InstaPay payments.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the details are incomplete, or there is doubt about the payment. We will inform you if this happens.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, address and phone number on your order.
4. Payment
- Cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash for the order and the shipping fee.
- InstaPay: you transfer the order total to our account and send us a screenshot of the transfer on WhatsApp. The order is prepared once the transfer is verified.
- We will never ask for your card details or any password over WhatsApp or email.
5. Shipping and returns
Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund conditions are in our Return and Refund Policy. Both pages form part of these terms.
6. Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders have separate pricing and terms agreed directly with our team, and are not covered by the retail return policy unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Your account and data
- You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential.
- We use your details (name, address, phone, email) only to fulfil your order and contact you about it. We do not sell or share them with anyone other than the couriers and payment services needed to complete the order.
- Newsletter subscription is optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The Elsondos Perfumes name, logo, website design and content belong to us. Brand names and logos displayed on the site belong to their respective owners. No content may be copied or used commercially without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
- We undertake to deliver products in their original condition. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the products paid for in that order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as weather, public holidays or courier disruptions, and will do our best to keep you informed.
- Fragrances are personal products. How a scent develops on the skin varies from person to person and is not a product defect.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
