We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. At the moment we ship inside Egypt only.

Order processing

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

For InstaPay orders, processing starts once we receive and verify the screenshot of your transfer.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your governorate. Greater Cairo, Alexandria and the Delta are usually faster; remote governorates may take the full 5 days.

During busy periods (holidays, large promotions) delivery can take 1 to 2 extra days. We will let you know if your order is delayed.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your governorate and are shown before you confirm the order.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, the courier or our team will contact you on the phone number in your order to arrange delivery. Please make sure the number is correct and reachable.

On delivery

Check the parcel before accepting it. If the outer packaging is open or visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us right away.
For cash on delivery, have the full amount ready, including the shipping fee.
If nobody is available after two delivery attempts, the order is returned to us. Re-shipping is charged as a new delivery.
